Joy Croel has served many roles in the field of education including, Teacher, Parent Coordinator for Compensatory Education, Parent Teacher Student (PTA) President, and as school principal.
She is the proud mother of 4 sons and 1 daughter, 6 grandchildren and three great-grands. As a foster mother she directly assisted in the development of 19 non-biological children. Ms. Croel quickly realized that students did not understand the purpose of school and many of them were not motivated to engage in academia. She felt the students saw no direct relationship to the “Real World” thus the concept of The Future Leaders of the World Project was born where students are paid a cyber salary (*no real money is used in the project) for work based on their GPA.
Ms. Croel, the Founder and CEO of The Future Leaders of the World (F.L.O.W.) Project for the past 20 years her signature reads.
“Yours in the pursuit of Excellence, developing tomorrow's leaders today!” E. Joy Croel.
